Shipping Policy

We deliver by different methods depending on your location and products ordered. Some products are delivered right at your doorsteps while some of them you will need to collect from your nearest Railway Station, Bus Stand or Airport. We namely use the following modes for delivery: (1) Personal delivery (as of now applicable only for Mumbai and its suburbs) (2) Courier (3) Cargo. To know which mode is applicable for your order. Kindly contact our helpdesk.

Postage and Packaging:

We take care of packing your ordered products with due care and dispatching at the earliest once we receive your payments. We personally see the product before sending so as to avoid the inconvenience for our clients to send it back. But Fishfreaks.org will not be held responsible which is not limited to any theft, damage, over carriage of cargo, dead on arrival etc.Replacement of any products ,dry or live, would be at the sole discretion of fishfreaks.org and fishfreaks.org will not be held responsible for the same. Although we try to process your order at the earliest, all orders have an estimated delivery time of 7 to 15 days depending on location and stock availability.

In the event of cancellation of order, consignment returned back to fishfreaks.org due to unclaimed by clients on account of any reasons, client will have to bear the entire cost of consignment as applicable and no refunds shall be entertained.

Out Of Stock Item:

From time to time, stock shortages may occur. We will inform you about the same if your order falls into out of stock items and will try to arrange at the earliest or if not possible, try to send you items which matches the nearest brand of the product.

Acceptable Methods to order

1) Phone: Please call up on any of the mentioned number and you can place an order after confirming the rates and stock availability.
2) Email: When ordering after office hrs , you can mail us your requirement and we will get back to you at the earliest via phone or email with the rates and stock availability.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

There are two methods of paying that are acceptable to us :
1. Cheque / Demand draft : You can send payment to us by cheque or demand drafts. Order would only be dispatched after clearance of cheque.
2. Account Deposit: You can also directly deposit the amount in our account and send us the proof of the same.
3. Electronic Fund Transfer (Net Banking / NEFT / RTGS

Your Privacy is Important to us.

We will not purposely or knowingly divulge any of the information you send to us about yourself to anyone. We are in the aquarium business not in the business of selling information about our customers.

If you order from us, we will obviously have to give your name and address to the courier/cargo companies.
